Eli Reich, who earned his BA degree in Bibie and Jewish Philsophy from Bar Ilan University, Israel (1986), is currently completing a dissertation called "Controversy and Community in Rabbinic Community" for the University of Chicago Divinity School. He joins the department for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. Eli Reich has previously taught at the University of North Florida, University of Calgary, and Univesity of Alberta.
