(Roundtable) Embodying Repair: Body Transformation and Collective Histories

On Saturday, April 6, as part of the Department of Anthropology's hosting of the American Ethnological Society (AES) and Association for Political and Legal Anthropology (APLS) Spring Conference Repair, faculty in Religious Studies and affiliates hosted a roundtable entitled "Embodying Repair: Body Transformation and Collective Histories."

Dr. Hilla Nehushtan (Religious Studies and Israel Institute Fellow) served as Chair and also as a presenter. Other presenters inlcuded Dr. Marcela Perdomo (Religious Studies), Dr. Heather Reel (Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies), Emil Smith (Social Work), and Dr. Michele Rivkin-Fish (Anthropology, UNC-CH).
